When you shop online at The Golden Bear, you may ship items to two separate addresses, allowing you to shop for two people at the same time. Shipping charges apply to each address we are shipping to. Domestic Unless otherwise specified, The Golden Bear will ship all in-stock items within 48 hours of order placement via UPS. If an item you ordered is out of stock or on back order and doesn't otherwise specify, you may call our customer service department for more information at 1-800-338-7782. Please note that The Golden Bear does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Oversized Gift Items: Oversized gift items shipped via UPS Ground are billed at our standard rates plus a $25.00 oversize fee and express oversize packages are billed our standard shipping rates plus express shipping plus the $50.00 for the oversize fee. |
