| Return policy | Golden Bear merchandise may be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds in the form of original payment will be made for items purchased through our catalog department. Original payments of check or money order will be mailed a check refund 2 to 4 weeks after we receive your return. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable merchandise credit. Sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable. |
